Mitch Holden
What is your role at LN?
“I am the Assistant Dean of Attendance.”
What are you most excited for at LN?
“[I am most excited for] getting to know students and staff, as well as building positive relationships with the student body.”
What is one fun fact you would like students here at LN to know about you?
“I am a Ironman Triathlete.” An Ironman Triathlon includes 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile run, and it has 17 hour time limit.
Sarah Burns
What is your role at LN?
“I am the Athletic Directors Administrative Assistant. I help schedule all of the transportation for the away events. I help get the home events set up with all the tickets and the money boxes . I work with putting rosters together for all the sporting events and checking the contracts to make sure we have the events with the other opposing teams and just kind of your daily secretarial answer the phone functions things like that.”
What are you most excited for at LN?
“I have lived in Lawrence Township for 15 years and both of my children swim for the Lawrence Swim Team here so just to be able to be in the district and be here with the kids more and being around all the students and seeing them on a daily basis.”
What is one fun fact you would like students here at LN to know about you?
“My favorite fruit is Pineapple and I still feel like im a teenager at heart.”
Antoinette Welch
What is your role at LN?
“I am the Bookstore Assistant. My main job is to maintain textbook supplies and other inventory for each department at the school, meet the needs of all the teachers, assist the treasurer as needed, and making sure things stay up to date on current editions of textbooks.”
What are you most excited for at LN?
“I’m looking forward to my son graduating this year from here, and I’m looking forward to things going back to somewhat normal, so I can interact with everyone.”
What is one fun fact you would like students here at LN to know about you?
“I’m a bit nerdy, and I like old classic horror movies.”
Lizzette Menendez
What is your role at LN?
“I am a biology teacher. I teach all biology all day.”
What are you most excited for at LN?
“I am excited to be back because I graduated from here forever ago. I am excited to be back to see what is all the same and what all is different and just to see how the student body here is different than my last school.”
What is one fun fact you would like students here at LN to know about you?
“I’ve been to 13 countries.”
Christina Noland
What is your role at LN?
“I am teaching Chem One and ICP. I have three sections of each.”
What are you most excited for at LN?
“I’m looking forward to meeting people and getting involved in the community.”
What is one fun fact you would like students here at LN to know about you?
“I am a complete nature girl, I can hike and live off the grid and do the whole hike and mountain and own goats. I could totally do that.”
Tony McCord
What is your role at LN?
“[I teach] Algebra and Geometry.”
What are you most excited for at LN?
“Just seeing the kids again, that’s pretty big.”
What is one fun fact you would like students here at LN to know about you?
“I played college baseball in the college world series.” (Anderson College in 1984)
Eric Sells
What is your role at LN?
“I teach math here, and I teach Algebra 1 and Pre-Calculus/Trig.”
What are you most excited for at LN?
“Getting to know new people, new staff, new people. I’m not even from Indy necessarily, so it’s a whole new group of people I get to ingrate myself in.”
What is one fun fact you would like students here at LN to know about you?
“I’m a hardcore gamer” (PC & XBox gaming)
Leah Ferguson
What is your role at LN?
“I teach English 10, English 10 Honors, and I also coach the freshman volleyball team.”
What are you most excited for at LN?
“Just continuing to build relationships with students. Everyone is so nice here I just want to keep building relationships with students and accommodate better education.”
What is one fun fact you would like students here at LN to know about you?
“I have a three year old son that is very energetic and takes about 90% of my time.”
Dan Bender
What is your role at LN?
“I teach English. Right now I teach English 11, ACP Composition, and ACP Speech.”
What are you most excited for at LN?
“I think just the chance to know the students and help them out and hopefully make a positive contribution to the school.”
What is one fun fact you would like students here at LN to know about you?
“I love to spend time with my family, and I’m a graduate of Lawrence North(C/O 97’), and I love to karaoke to Hip-Hop songs.”
Royce Williams
What is your role at LN?
“I am the new FCS(Family + Consumer Science) teacher with a concentration in culinary arts.”
What are you most excited for at LN?
“I’m most excited to find different ways to navigate the new hybrid system with learning this year.”
What is one fun fact you would like students here at LN to know about you?

Carrie Foster
What is your role at LN?
“I’m the new American Sign Language (ASL) teacher here at LN. They just set up this ASL program this year for the first time and I am honored to be the first to set up this program. I also teach ASL 1 & 2, Deaf culture and history.”
What are you most excited for at LN?
“I’m mostly looking forward to getting to know each of my students as this is all new to me, and I want to focus my time getting to know the students.”
What is one fun fact you would like students here at LN to know about you?
“Well the most obvious fact is that I am Deaf and ASL is my native language, and this will be an unique experience for everyone here at LN.”
Nicole Hoft
What is your role at LN?
“I am one of the art teachers. I teach a few sections of fine art photography, two sections of intro to 3D art and then one section of intro to 2D art.”
What are you most excited for at LN?
“Well I am a first year teacher, so I’m excited just to get teaching experience in general, but I’m also excited to have photography classes because I was a photographer for a few years before this. I’m really excited to kind of teach that to students.”
What is one fun fact you would like students here at LN to know about you?
“I do have two cats and a dog, and I was not a dog person at all like a year ago, but I am also a student in college, so I can kind of relate to you guys on this whole virtual hybrid learning.”
Bradley Schnepp
What is your role at LN?
“I am a teacher in the department of exceptional learners, and I co teach three Algebra 1 classes, and I teach three basic skills development classes.”
What are you most excited for at LN?
“Relationships. I’ve really been looking forward to building relationships, and I’ve had a passion for teenagers for a long time, so I’m excited to be able to build relationships with teenagers.”
What is one fun fact you would like students here at LN to know about you?
“I am a superfan of The Office.”

What is your role at LN?
“I’m an Exceptional Learners teacher, and this year I am co teaching English 11 and Algebra 1.”
What are you most excited for at LN?
“Mostly getting to know my students”
What is one fun fact you would like students here at LN to know about you?
“I married my 8th grade boyfriend.”
