The Lady Wildcats survived a last minute push by the Pike Red Devils to win Semi-State 45-44 on Saturday, Feb. 22. The Cats had taken a quick lead in the second half before Pike stormed back. But, the team held on. Earlier in the day, the Cats defeated Gibson Southern 69-45 to make it to the championship game. They will now head to State this weekend at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Tip off is 8:15 p.m. against Warsaw Community High School. This is their first time back since they won the tournament in 2020.
