Why did you decide to become a foreign exchange student?

To discover America and to meet American people and to have many friends and to see how is America.

Has this been like what you expected?  What did you expect?

Yes.  It is very different.  In my country we do not have a big school.  We have many people and it’s not very developed.  People is very kind.

What is different from your home country?

Here people have no time.  People go to school others go and work.  In my country people aren’t so occupied.  People have time and here people don’t.

Was is hard to make the transition from your home country to America?

Yes.

What do you think of the fact that LN has a strong exchange student program?

It’s very good because it is an opportunity for everyone to learn about other cultures and countries.
