Why did you decide to become a foreign exchange student?

My cousin did it 3 years ago and she thought everyone was good. I am going into high school next year and I wanted to take a year off.

Has this been like what you expected?  What did you expect?

I made friends a lot faster than I expected.

What is different from your home country?

The foods and schools are a lot different.

Was is hard to make the transition from your home country to America?

No, the flight was the hardest part.

What do you think of the fact that LN has a strong exchange student program?

It’s good having people from everywhere coming here.  I talked to one of my friends and she had like 3 exchange students at her school and know one knows who they are.
