The recent introduction of new technology, in particular Chromebooks, has opened up opportunities for students. One of those opportunities has to do with MAC tutoring. MAC coordinator Marilyn Slemenda notes that the Chromebooks give students the advantage to get an appointment to the MAC.

“We notice at the MAC that the Chromebooks help students better access [scheduling] and it helps us to better prepare for students as tutors, plus it helps with managing overcrowding,” Slemenda said.
