There are only 26 days left of school.
According to Assistant Principal Jason Floyd, there are some important things that seniors need to be concerned about as the end of school approaches.
“Seniors need to make sure they’re passing all classes for graduation, get your caps and gowns ordered, and know what they’re going to do after high school,” he said.
There are some big deadlines coming up that seniors need to be concerned about.
There is an important senior meeting during R5 on Friday. April 26 is cap and gown delivery. May 1 is College Decision day, and of course, June 5 is commencement day.
It’s that day that has most seniors excited.
“I am looking forward to graduation because I’m ready to leave school,” senior Chylan Fields said.
He is not the only one.
“(I’m ready) to go to college because I won’t be here any longer,” senior Collin Reed said.
There is a common theme between most seniors as they talk about the end of the year.
“I look forward to graduating because I’m sick of school,” senior Kiley Graves said.
